2 operations, pre-op and after care appointments with Professor Winter and his team were actually amazing, thank you. It's never pleasant dealing with medical issues and 2 operations looming filled me with anxiety and worry but after speaking with Professor Winter he put my mind at rest. He was knowledgeable, polite, clear and very approachable, which took my nerves away from my first meeting with him. Quite a thing when you are having to put all your trust in someone you do not know and a subject you know nothing about.
I would like to thank you and all your team for making the experience as stress free and as smooth as it could possibly have been!

I saw Mr Winters yesterday as part of my after care following treatment for neck cancer. as per my initial consultation and all subsequent consultations with him he was thorough with the examination and clear and concise about everything relating to my treatment and on going appointments.

I saw Prof Winter at the Manor hospital yesterday. I was seeking reassurance really for some confusing symptoms which in reality weren't especially serious though uncomfortable.
He was extremely personable and professional and able to explain my symptoms
clearly whilst listening attentively to what I wanted to convey.
